HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

• Maintain and update employee records (personal files, contracts, ID cards, etc.).

• Track attendance, leaves, and maintain timesheets for payroll processing.

• Manage employee induction, training coordination, and performance tracking.

• Address staff grievances and ensure a positive workplace environment.

• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with company standards.

• Coordinate with external agencies for staffing needs when required.

• Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).

• Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, grooming standards, and hygiene.
