Job Title: HR Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employee State Insurance)
Prepare and issue HR documents like offer letters, appointment letters, joining letters, and experience letters
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and performance
Manage employee benefits, reimbursements, and expense records
Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Support management in organizational development and workforce planning
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, and labor laws
Experience in payroll management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software
Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
