We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily administrative and recruitment activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and orientation processes
Help organize employee engagement activities
Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation
Prepare HR reports and presentations
Support payroll and compliance-related tasks as needed
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals
Knowledge of HRMS tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail
