Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to support the recruitment team. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting day-to-day hiring activities. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who wish to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates from job portals and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
Support the HR team in daily recruitment operations.
Ensure accurate documentation throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Human Resource Management.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
Students pursuing graduation/post-graduation or recent graduates.
MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, M.Com, or equivalent candidates are preferred.
