Job Description-
· Handling end-to-end recruitment from entry-level to senior level positions.
· Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases.
· Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
· Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
· Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
· Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
