Job Title: HR Intern
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has excellent communication skills, and is interested in building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates.
Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in preparing HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
Help organize employee engagement activities and company events.
Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes is an advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
