HR Admin – Job Description

Position: HR Admin Executive

Location: Sector 2

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible HR Admin Executive who can manage overall office administration, floor operations, employee coordination, and day-to-day admin activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle office equipment, staff support, and workplace management efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall office floor operations and administration

Handle office equipment, maintenance, and vendor coordination

Monitor office cleanliness, pantry, stationery, and office supplies

Coordinate with employees for attendance, joining formalities, and HR support

Maintain office records, documents, and employee data

Support recruitment and interview coordination when required

Handle travel bookings, courier management, and visitor management

Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning

Coordinate with IT, housekeeping, and other support teams

Resolve basic employee/admin issues professionally

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong coordination and management abilities

Basic knowledge of HR and administration work

MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Email handling)

Presentable, confident, and professional personality

Ability to multitask and manage office operations efficiently

Qualification

Graduation in any stream

Experience in HR/Admin profile preferred

Freshers with good communication and management skills can also apply

Experience in office administration or HR support is a plus
