HR Intern – Job Description
Position: HR Intern
Location: Faridabad
Duration: [3 – 6 months]
Reporting to: Senior HR
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers.
Support onboarding activities: preparing new hire documentation, setting up induction, taking employee orientation.
Help maintain HR databases and employee records (updating spreadsheets, HRIS data entry).
Participate in employee engagement and recognition activities (help design or execute initiatives).
Assist in basic HR operations/admin tasks (attendance/time-office support, documentation, coordinating with other departments).
Support any HR-project work (e.g., HR automation, process improvement, culture building) as assigned.
Communicate with candidates, employees and various stakeholders in a professional manner.
Graduate (any discipline) or currently pursuing/just completed Post-graduate in HR / MBA (HR) or related.
Strong communication skills (verbal + written).
Comfortable using MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs).
Detail-oriented, proactive, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
Desire to learn HR functions in a dynamic environment.
