Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in HR.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening, calling, scheduling interviews)
Maintain candidate database and HR records
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Support onboarding and documentation process
Assist in employee engagement activities
Handle basic HR coordination via email and WhatsApp

Eligibility Criteria

Students / fresh graduates from any discipline
Regular degree students preferred
Basic knowledge of HR concepts is a plus
Good communication and coordination skills
