*HR Intern - Remote Internship**About the Opportunity:*We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our Human Resources team for a 2-month remote internship. This role offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, providing valuable insights into recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.*Key Responsibilities:*- Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires- Maintain HR records, databases, and employee files- Contribute to employee engagement activities and events- Assist in drafting HR policies and documentation- Support payroll and compliance-related tasks- Coordinate with departments for HR-related tasks*Requirements:*1.
