Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks and HR-related activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
Help organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities
Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and reports
Handle basic employee queries and provide administrative support
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and time-management skills
