• Complete HR operations and team handling

• Recruitment and manpower planning

• PF, ESIC and statutory compliance management

• Payroll supervision and coordination

• Handling labor law compliance and documentation

• Employee engagement and grievance handling

• Policy implementation and process improvement

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of HR experience

• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC and statutory compliance

• Experience in handling end to end HR operations

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Preferably from automobile or similar industry
