Job Description – Head-HRTitle: Head - HR Reports to: Director / MD Located: Navi Mumbai,Hours: Monday – Friday & 1st & 3rd SaturdayTime: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (PAN India):• Sourcing, and Short listing Relevant Profiles (Portals, Consultants, Employee referrals, etc)• Screening the candidate as per the project requirement (analyzing candidate’s profile, behavior, attitude, skills, position, salary, relocation).• Scheduling Interviews and Follow-up on the same.• Provide the consultant with the feedback on profiles sent by them.• Preparing JD for new requirements.• Salary negotiations and Rolling out the offer.• Database management • Vendor Management (briefing them about the requirements, screening the profiles sent by them, vendor contracts, vendor payments, identifying new consultancies or placement agencies)• Preparing monthly reports.• Cost Reduction & BudgetingHR Operation (PAN India):• Leave management• Preparation of Appointment letters after verifying the required documents post joining.• Issuing Miscellaneous letter as per required for employees. (e.g. employee certificate, residential proof as per company records etc…)• Preparation of Official Letter (Transfer Letter, Promotion Letter, Increment Letter, etc….)• End to end payroll processing• Coordination with the vendors in terms of agreements and invoice clearance.• One point of contact for the employees in terms of Mediclaim• Responsible for all statutory payments (PF, PTax, Employee Welfare etc…)• SPOC for all statutory issues for employees (Taxation, PF withdrawals, Gratuity Withdrawals, etc…)• Collating Appraisal Scores of all the active employees• Personal file management.• Maintenance & Updating of HRMS with employee info.• Coordinating with the bank people for account related issues.• F&F Settlements • Conducting audits on personal file management.• Conducting audits on HRMS• Preparing different types of MIS required by the management.Employee Engagement (PAN India): • Conducting and arranging employee welfare programs like R&R, Team Motivational & Team Building activities, Team picnic, etc…• One on One’s with employees of PAN India.• PMS• Conduct Exit interviews.• Conducting different types of helpdesk for employees.(like tax helpdesk, payroll helpdesk, investment helpdesk)• Floor Walks to resolve issues on the spot• Arranging for Training programs• Conducting Skip level interviews.• Handling Employee Grievances. • MIS (one-on-one feedback, Attrition report, headcount reports, etc)HR Activities (Global): • Overlooking recruitment of candidates in all global locations.• Overlooking the compliances for all the global locations.• Leave Management• Vendor Management• Employee engagement activities• Payroll ActivitiesRequired Knowledge, Skill & Abilities: Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision are essential.  Ability to work independently is imperative. Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.  Strong interpersonal skills. Detail oriented and able to accurately proofread HR materials. Gathers and analyzes information skillfully. Ability to make sound, timely, and accurate judgment while supporting reasoning  for decisions.  Excellent writing skills including proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Professional, responsive, and a positive work attitude.  Resourceful, flexible, and well organized. Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases.  Strong verbal skills and the ability to communicate professionally. Education and Experience• Bachelor’s degree required. • 10-12 years related experience required.
