Job Summary
The HR Head will be responsible for leading and managing the entire Human Resources
function of Absolute Composites Pvt Ltd. The role includes overseeing recruitment,
payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, performance management, training
& development, welfare initiatives, and HR operations across all factory and office
locations. The HR Head will ensure compliance with labor laws while driving employee
engagement, productivity, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Management
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with
business objectives.
• Advise management on workforce planning, organizational development, and
employee retention strategies.
• Support business expansion and manpower planning initiatives.
• Prepare HR budgets and monitor HR-related expenses.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for all levels.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, consultants, and employee
referrals.
• Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new employees.
3. Payroll & Compensation Management
• Oversee monthly payroll processing and salary disbursement.
• Ensure accuracy in attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and
statutory deductions.
• Coordinate with the finance department for salary processing.
• Manage annual increments, promotions, and compensation reviews.
4. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
• Ensure compliance with:
o Factories Act
o EPF & MP Act
o ESI Act
o Payment of Gratuity Act
o Payment of Bonus Act
o Minimum Wages Act
o Equal Remuneration Act
o Maternity Benefit Act
o POSH Act
o Karnataka Shops & Establishments Act (where applicable)
• Maintain all statutory registers, records, returns, and licenses.
• Coordinate with labor, PF, ESI, and other government authorities during
inspections.
5. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain harmonious employer-employee relationships.
• Conduct domestic enquiries wherever required.
• Liaise with labor officials and external agencies on compliance matters.
• Address employee complaints and ensure timely resolution.
6. Performance Management
• Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
• Monitor employee productivity and performance metrics.
• Support managers in setting KPIs and reviewing employee performance.
• Facilitate succession planning and career development initiatives.
7. Learning & Development
• Identify training needs across departments.
• Organize technical, behavioral, safety, and compliance training programs.
• Conduct induction and orientation sessions.
• Maintain training records and effectiveness reports.
8. Employee Engagement & Welfare
• Implement employee welfare programs and engagement activities.
• Conduct employee feedback surveys and satisfaction assessments.
• Promote a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee employee transportation, canteen, safety, and welfare facilities.
9. HR Administration
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage HRIS and employee databases.
• Ensure proper issuance of appointment letters, confirmation letters, salary slips,
and relieving documents.
• Monitor contract labor compliance and vendor documentation.
10. Health, Safety & POSH
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
• Coordinate safety awareness programs and audits.
• Act as management representative for POSH compliance.
• Support Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) activities and awareness
sessions.

Qualification
• MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources.
• Additional certifications in Labour Laws or Industrial Relations preferred.
Experience
• 7-12 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 4 years in a leadership role handling end-to-end HR operations.

This position will act as the primary custodian of Human Resources, Compliance,
Employee Relations, and Organizational Development for Absolute Composites Pvt
Ltd., ensuring a productive, compliant, and employee-friendly workplace.
