Role Overview:
The HR Head will lead the entire Human Resources function and act as a strategic business partner to senior management. This role requires strong leadership, industry understanding, decision-making capability, and proven expertise in managing large manpower operations (1000+ employees) in the Facility Management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Strategic HR Management
Lead and oversee the entire HR department, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business goals.
Develop HR frameworks, annual HR plans, and manpower budgets.
Drive organizational culture, workforce efficiency, and employee productivity initiatives.
2. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning
Strategize and manage high-volume recruitment for blue-collar, mid-level, and leadership positions.
Develop strong vendor networks and recruitment channels for manpower fulfillment.
Ensure timely and quality deployment of manpower to all client sites.
3. Payroll, Compliance & Audits
Supervise monthly payroll, statutory filings, and compliance for 1000+ employees.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, Contract Labour Act, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, government officials, and statutory authorities.
4. Policy Development & HR Governance
Formulate, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and manuals.
Establish HR governance, performance standards, and process excellence practices.
Ensure documentation, reports, and HR systems meet audit requirements.
5. Client Relationship Management & Business Support
Act as the HR escalation point for all key clients across locations.
Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth site functioning and manpower stability.
Participate in client meetings, compliance reviews, and service evaluations.
6. HR Software, Reporting & Data Management
Lead digital HR initiatives, HRMS implementation, attendance automation, and process digitization.
Review HR dashboards, MIS reports, payroll analytics, and manpower reports.
Present HR insights and recommendations to senior management.
7. Employee Relations, Engagement & Grievances
Build a positive work culture through engagement, communication, and grievance redressal.
Manage disciplinary actions, employee issues, and site escalations with professionalism.
Oversee training, development, and performance improvement programs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Female professional with 8–12 years of strong HR experience in Facility Management / Security / Manpower Outsourcing industry.
Proven experience in handling large employee strength (1000+ employees).
Strong command over payroll, compliance, labor laws, audits, and manpower operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS/HR Software, reporting, and process management.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations, multiple stakeholders, and multi-location operations.
Educational Qualification:
MBA (HR) or Master’s Degree in Human Resources preferred.
Additional certification in labor laws or HR analytics will be an advantage.
