Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing → screening → interview → offer → joining)
Post jobs on portals (Naukri, Apna, Indeed, etc.)
Source candidates through:
Job portals
References
Field hiring / walk-ins
Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
Maintain daily recruitment tracker (pipeline, status, closures)
Ensure position closure within defined TAT
Manage offer rollout and joining follow-ups
Build candidate database for future requirements
Handle bulk hiring when required (nurses, field sales, etc.)
Key Skills Required
Strong communication & convincing skills
Ability to handle high-volume hiring
Good understanding of job portals & sourcing channels
Strong follow-up and coordination ability
Basic Excel / Google Sheets tracking
Experience
1–4 years in recruitment (hospital / healthcare preferred)
Freshers with strong communication can also be considered

Number of positions closed
Time to hire (TAT)
Interview-to-selection ratio
Offer-to-joining ratio
Daily pipeline activity (calls, interviews scheduled)
