Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Dealers, Relationship Managers, Research Analysts, Compliance Officers, and Operations staff
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain strong recruitment channels relevant to stock market professionals
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources.
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a stock market, brokerage, or financial services company.
