Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement overall TA strategies, forecast staffing needs, and build sustainable talent pipelines.
Recruitment Execution: Oversee full-cycle recruiting, from job descriptions to offer negotiation, using diverse sourcing channels (social media, job boards, events).
Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to build a strong employer brand to attract candidates.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand needs and align recruitment with business goals.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and smooth experience for all applicants.
Technology & Data: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and analyze metrics to improve processes.
Team Leadership (if applicable): Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters or sourcers.
Onboarding & Retention: Assist with new hire onboarding and strategies to improve employee retention.
Core Skills & Qualifications
Experience in full-cycle recruiting and HR.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR laws, recruitment software, and social media platforms.
Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making.
