Role Summary

We are seeking an HR Manager to manage core HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and leave management. The candidate should have practical experience in handling day-to-day HR activities and maintaining smooth workforce coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and hiring process

• Conducting onboarding and induction for new employees

• Planning and organizing team bonding and employee engagement activities

• Managing employee attendance and leave records

• Maintaining basic HR documentation and records

• Supporting overall HR administration and coordination

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (Preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience

• Experience in managing recruitment and employee engagement activities

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup will be an added advantage
