HR Executive

We are looking for HR Executives to join our team at WHITEFORCE to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be Trained Professionally by the best approved Trainers, the Training Fee charged will be Twenty-Five Thousand, payable in 3 Installments. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. After the Training of 3 Months, your Job will be 100 % guaranteed. The position offers a starting in-hand salary of Rs. 20,000 and growth opportunities. 300 plus employees are already employed with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions.

• Source and engage candidates via online platforms.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.

• Advertise openings on job portals and social media.

• Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation minimum, and Freshers can also apply. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working Mondays to Saturdays.
