Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accuracy in attendance records.
Support performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
Manage employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.
Prepare HR reports and assist in audits when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR functions.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
