Position: HR Executive
She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will involve managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and organizational development. The HR will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring that the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
	Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
	Job Description preparation for various profiles
	First level screening and scheduling the interviews with higher management
	Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Employee Relations
	Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
	Promote a positive work culture by implementing employee engagement programs.
	Handle conflict resolution and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.
3. HR Policies and Compliance
	Having knowledge to develop, implement, and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
	Ensure organizational adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
4. Performance Management
	Oversee performance appraisal systems to evaluate and develop employee performance.
6. Compensation and Benefits
	Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
	Handling attendance, leave management, payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
	Handling employee motivation schemes, bonus, gifts, special discounts, grievances and activities
	Full and final settlement management as company's policy
7. Admin & coordination tasks
	Travel booking and management
	Coordination with accounts/legal and other teams for employee related matters
	Manage office expense
	Maintain Office decorum
	Documentation
Qualifications
	Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
	2+ years of experience in human resource management.
	Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
	Proficiency in drafting mails.
	Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
	Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Reporting To
Director of Operations / Managing Director.
Work Environment
Monday to Friday from office-based at Vegas Corporate park, Dwarka sec-14, New Delhi
Salary
Competitive, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
