Velvorax Software Solutions is looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Resources (HR) Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.

• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

• Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Monitor employee attendance and leave management.

• Support payroll and HR administration.

• Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.

• Ensure compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate training and employee development programs.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
