🚨 Hiring: HR Recruiter
📍 Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad
💰 Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month
💼 Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
🕐 Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates until onboarding.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
6 months–2 years of recruitment experience.
Non-IT / Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
