Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates
- Source candidates online, update job ads, and conduct background checks
- Design and update job descriptions
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Requirements:
- Fresher or minimum 6 months of experience in HR recruitment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques and referral programs
