HR Executive

We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Generalist with 3 to 5 years of experience to handle core HR responsibilities. This role requires strong communication skills and hands-on experience in recruitment, attendance management, payroll, compliance, and maintaining employee records.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment (posting jobs, screening, interviews, onboarding)

• Manage attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems

• Process and coordinate payroll activities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

• Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and internal policies

• Support employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling

• Coordinate employee engagement and internal communications

• Generate and maintain HR reports and HRIS data

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 3 to 5 years of HR generalist experience

• Strong knowledge of payroll and HR compliance

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with care
