We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our Human Resources department. This internship will provide exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential HR skills in a professional environment.
Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
Support onboarding and induction processes
Maintain HR records and employee files
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
Support daily administrative tasks and HR documentation
Help in drafting HR policies and procedures
Conduct basic research for HR best practices
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
