Role Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic HR Executive to manage key HR functions including Payroll, Internal Audits, and Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about people, process, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
Handle onboarding processes including documentation, orientation, and employee induction
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth setup and integration for new hires
✅ Payroll Management
Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll
Maintain employee attendance and leave records
Coordinate with accounts/finance for salary disbursement and compliance
✅ Audit & Compliance
Conduct monthly audits of employee records, contracts, and HR processes
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor law regulations
Prepare audit reports and suggest areas for improvement
✅ Employee Engagement & Data Management
Maintain updated and accurate employee/partner data – including contracts, performance, and attendance
Educate employees about company offerings, HR policies, and procedures
Gather feedback from employees to enhance the onboarding and engagement process
✅ Reporting
Prepare and share regular HR reports, dashboards, and performance summaries with management
Track key HR metrics including hiring timelines, attrition rates, and employee satisfaction
Qualification & Skills:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2–3 years of experience in Payroll, Recruitment, and Internal Audit
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy
Detail-oriented with a proactive and process-driven approach
Preferred:
Prior experience in the Facility Management or Hospitality Industry
Working knowledge of HRMS or payroll software systems
Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance standards
