Key Responsibilities:
• Handle payroll processing for employee data, attendance, leave, and records
• Manage statutory compliance activities including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, and Labour Welfare compliances.
• Maintain employee salary records & salary calculation and attendance
• Maintain employee documentation and HR records
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee updates
• Coordinate with management regarding HR operations and compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and salary structure
• Good knowledge of HR operations and employee management
• Support recruitment coordination.
• Sourcing: Posting job openings on portals (like LinkedIn, Naukri, or Apna) and screening resumes.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Call and schedule candidates for interviews
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
