Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Executive to join our human resources team. As an HR Executive, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while contributing to the overall growth and success of the department. The role is designed to provide you with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Help in onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR documentation
• Willingness to learn and adapt to HR processes and practices.
• Contribute to the preparation and updating of HR reports and presentations.
• Support for PF and ESIC.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
