Human Resources Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and punctuality tracking.
Coordinate training programs and employee development activities.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, company rules, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Prepare HR reports for management review.
