Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive who can handle end-to-end recruitment and manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and aligned with a high-growth startup culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (posting jobs, screening, interviews, onboarding)

• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups

• Manage employee records and HR documentation

• Assist in performance management processes

• Maintain attendance, leave tracking, and HR policies

• Support team engagement and culture-building activities

Requirements

• 1–3 years of HR experience

• Strong communication skills

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Basic knowledge of HR policies and compliance
