Hi,

We are currently seeking to hire an HR Executive to join our organization, Trip Factory, to manage the end-to-end employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit processes.

Position: HR Executive

Experience: 2 – 4 Years
CTC: Up to ₹32,000 per month
Location: Hebbal, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS
Handle end-to-end exit formalities, including documentation and clearance
Ensure smooth execution of HR operations across the employee lifecycle

Eligibility Criteria:

2–4 years of relevant HR experience
Strong understanding of HR operations and processes
Hands-on experience with HRMS tools
Good communication and coordination skills
Freshers are not eligible for this role
