2. Employee Onboarding
Handle joining formalities and employee documentation.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Collect and verify employee KYC and required documents.
Conduct employee induction and explain company policies and procedures.
Update employee details in the HRMS.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
Maintain daily employee attendance and leave records.
Monitor late coming, absenteeism, and attendance regularization.
Verify monthly attendance before payroll processing.
Coordinate with different branches/offices for attendance data.
Maintain monthly attendance reports and records.
4. Payroll Coordination
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Accounts/Finance team.
Provide attendance, leave, LOP, incentives, deductions, and other salary inputs.
Verify payroll data before salary processing.
Coordinate preparation/distribution of salary slips.
Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, PF, and ESI.
5. Employee Records & HR MIS
Maintain updated employee master data and personnel files.
Maintain records of joining, resignation, transfer, confirmation, and exit.
Prepare monthly HR MIS reports.
Maintain recruitment, headcount, attendance, leave, and attrition reports.
Ensure employee information is accurate and confidential.
6. PF, ESI & Statutory Compliance
Coordinate PF and ESI-related employee requirements.
Maintain statutory employee records and documentation.
Support the Accounts/Compliance team in statutory requirements.
Ensure required employee documents are updated and maintained properly.
7. Employee Relations
Handle employee queries and HR-related concerns.
Coordinate with employees and management for HR issues.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Communicate company policies, notices, and HR announcements.
8. Exit Formalities
Handle resignation and exit formalities.
Coordinate clearance and Full & Final Settlement with the Accounts team.
Prepare relieving and experience letters.
Update employee exit records and HR databases.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS software.
Knowledge of attendance and payroll processes.
Basic knowledge of PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to maintain confidential employee information.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Candidate
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience in recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration will be preferred.
Candidates with logistics/transport industry HR experience will be an added advantage.
