Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal Recruitment:
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions across various departments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment process.
• Onboard new hires, providing a seamless transition into the organization and ensuring compliance with all HR procedures.
2. Payroll Support:
• Assist in processing payroll data, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
• Maintain up-to-date records of employee payroll and tax-related documents.
• Address employee inquiries and resolve any payroll-related issues promptly.
3. Leave and Attendance Management:
• Process employee leave requests, ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining accurate leave records.
• Track employee attendance and generate periodic reports on attendance and leave balances.
4. End-to-End HR Support:
• Support various HR initiatives, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
• Handle employee documentation, data management, and ensure compliance with HR procedures.
