- Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews

- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies

- Provide timely updates and ensure a positive candidate experience

- Work to improve offer acceptance rates

5. Reporting and Analytics:

- Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source-to-hire)

- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement
