We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling payroll processing, ensuring effective employee relations, managing day-to-day HR operations, and maintaining accurate HR documentation. This role demands strong organizational and communication skills and a solid understanding of core HR processes.
End-to-end payroll processing including attendance tracking, leave management, and salary computation.
Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
Coordinate with finance for salary inputs and resolve discrepancies.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
Assist in conducting employee feedback and satisfaction surveys.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files.
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, relieving, experience, etc.).
Ensure timely performance evaluation cycles and appraisal documentation.
Maintain proper documentation related to HR policies, employee files, and statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Support audits by providing required HR data and documents.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with payroll processing exposure.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with HRMS tools.
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
