Position Title: - HR Intern 

Location: - Ghatkopar

Qualifications: - Any Graduate.

Experience Required :- Fresher

Duration :- 6 months

Stipend- 5k to 10k / month 

Job Description: 

• Strong Independent Online / offline Research skills will be required.

• Ability to work independently as well as in groups.

• Sourcing Candidates - Phone based research / mapping organizations to identify candidates in specific positions.

• Helping the HR Operations Department.

• Willingness to learn the HR Process

• Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

• Interns will be trained on the Talent Acquisition Process and will understand how to use the various Job Portals, Social Media sites & other sources for Recruitment.

• Interns will work under the supervision of the seniors on live projects for Clients of TMS & will get a real-world perspective into the nuances of HR in Corporate.

• Interns will go through numerous training & coaching sessions during their internship with TMS that will make them ready for the future.

• Interns will also learn about HR Documentation like how to make Offer Letters and Appointment Letters.

• Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Senior HR Associates.

Key skills –

• Good Communication skills.

• Fluent in English, Hindi.
