🎯 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field (MBA in HR preferred)
0-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment
Knowledge of HR policies, payroll, attendance management, and onboarding
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HR software/tools
📋 Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Support in performance evaluation and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Assist in developing HR strategies and process improvements.
Act as a point of contact between management and employees.
