Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (Based on experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll support, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
Process monthly payroll and maintain attendance and leave records.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Coordinate employee engagement and performance review activities.
Support exit formalities and full & final settlements.
Generate HR reports and MIS as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of experience in HR Recruitment, Onboarding, and Payroll.
Knowledge of payroll processing, attendance management, and HRMS.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
