Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment — job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain and update employee records and attendance data.
Manage joining formalities, documentation, and induction for new employees.
Support payroll processing and leave management.
Maintain HR MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Build and maintain relationships with local job consultants and online portals.
Assist in basic HR admin work and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
Graduate (preferably in HR / Commerce / Business Administration) 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment or HR coordination (manufacturing background preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation Self-motivated, organized, and people-oriented
