Job Description
This is a full-time in-office role for a Junior Human Resources Consultant located in Kompally, Hyderabad. The Jr.HR will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including identifying job requirements, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires, HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. 

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting

• Excellent Communication skills

• Knowledge of HR Policies and Labor and Employment Law

• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members.

• Experience in the real estate industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
