Position: HR Executive
Qualification: MBA-HR
Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad
Experience Range: 2 -3 years
Office Timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday, Every 3rd Saturday Off)
Salary Criteria: 30K to 35K, depending on the candidate’s interview

Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding sessions, induction, orientation, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the company.
Manage employee records and HR databases, documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle employee queries regarding HR-related issues, policies, and procedures.
Managing payroll, attendance management, leave management in Myco HRMS Portal
Assist in payroll processing and maintain accurate records.
Stay updated with relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and labor laws.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently.
