Position: Junior HR Executive
Company: Swastik Industrial Works
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 6 Months –2 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA-HR preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing.

  • Screen CVs and coordinate interviews.

  • Handle joining and onboarding formalities.

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

  • Manage attendance and leave records.

  • Assist with payroll-related activities.

  • Support PF, ESIC, PT and other basic HR statutory compliance work.

  • Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.

  • Prepare basic HR reports and maintain HR files.

  • Assist senior management in day-to-day HR activities.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Freshers with an HR/MBA-HR background can apply.
