•	Experience in blue-collar recruitment (operators, helpers, technicians, loaders, machine operators, etc.)
•	Strong sourcing and hiring skills for bulk/manpower recruitment
•	Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and local recruitment channels
•	Familiarity with labor laws and factory HR practices is preferred.
•	Good communication and coordination skills.
