About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented HR professional to support and drive key HR functions including recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, and compliance. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & On boarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers).

  • Coordinate on boarding and induction programs for new hires.

• Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.

  • Assist in planning engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.

• Performance & Development

  • Support performance appraisal cycles and maintain performance records.

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development sessions.

• HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

  • Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

• Policy & Process

  • Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives for HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience (2–4 years) in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist role.

• Knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance requirements.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in payroll and HR analytics.

• Familiarity with HR tools (e.g., SAP Success Factors, Workday, Zoho People).

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
