Job Title: HR Intern – Talent Acquisition
Location: Salem, Kuranghuchavadi.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition HR Intern to join our HR team in Salem. This internship will provide valuable exposure to the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and on boarding candidates for a variety of roles. As an intern, you’ll support our talent acquisition team in attracting top talent while gaining hands-on experience in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals.
Resume Screening: Review resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with candidates and prepare interview materials for hiring managers.
Initial Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience,

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for recruitment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Comfortable using social media platforms like LinkedIn for recruiting purposes.
Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with candidates.
