Job Description: HR Recruiter

Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding. Your main goal will be to find and hire qualified candidates quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates using job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Manage communication with candidates throughout the process.

Assist with job offers and onboarding for new hires.

Maintain accurate candidate records in our tracking system.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

Good understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.

Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
