Job Description

  • Manage daily HR operations and site-level HR activities.

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.

  • Handle employee joining formalities, onboarding, and documentation.

  • Prepare and maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.

  • Coordinate payroll processing, salary inputs, overtime, and attendance data.

  • Manage PF, ESIC, and other employee-related documentation.

  • Handle employee grievances, discipline, and workplace issues.

  • Coordinate manpower requirements with site departments and the recruitment team.

  • Monitor employee deployment, transfers, and exit formalities.

  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports for management.

  • Coordinate with site management regarding employee welfare, accommodation, and other HR-related matters.
