Assist in recruitment processes: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support payroll processing by providing relevant employee information (e.g. absences, leaves, bonuses).
Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Assist with performance management procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Prepare HR reports and metrics as required.
Support training and development initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a similar HR role preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Familiarity with HR software (e.g. HRMS) and MS Office tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
